FAQs

 

What if my visit requires less time than the minimum?

If you have a problem that requires a quick fix, we can sometimes offer complimentary support over the phone.

While we do charge a minimum to compensate our technicians fairly, in many cases we can use any leftover time in a session to discuss future needs or run maintenance tasks.

Do you offer monthly rate contracts?

We do, however we like to keep this as an invite-only program once we get acquainted with your needs and expectations.

Many other organizations will blindly quote you, however we ensure if we enter into a contract, it is the right fit for both our organizations.

Do you have any travel restrictions?

Currently we are offering support across most of Bay Area, however we may have options in your area.

When you make your appointment, our company will determine whether we can provide you on-site support or whether remote options will be your preferred option.

How do the retainers work?

A retainer can be offered by our staff as a means to acquire a number of hours up front at a discounted rate. We would also give you exclusive priority in scheduling and service. 

We typically offer this option to clients who we have worked with for some time, or require a specialized project. 

What are your standard support hours?

We offer support hours 9AM-6PM Mon-Fri, for standard support requests.

We offer email support and chat outside of those hours, though some delays on responses can be expected.

If you have a 24/7 contract, we have 97% availability.

How do you ensure your work is done properly?

We are dedicated to offering 100% customer satisfaction.

If at any time, you’ve found our work to cause more problems than it solved, we happily follow-up free of charge to rectify the situation. All our vendors are fully insured so you can rest easy during any major project we oversee.
